N Korea is trying to develop a nuclear war head that can fit ion to a missile. N Korea posses enough plutonium to build few atomic bombs. Its not clear though if Pyongyang had succeeded in developing a warhead. N Korea had agreed to put an halt to its nuclear ambitions in exchange of fuel aid. But delay by US in implementing it has forced N Korea to restart its nuclear research.
